Recently I built a custom Expander module with Larry and Scott's CV ROM board to select the ROMs. I was able to do this in a 1U Frac-Rac size with a custom panel from Front Panel Express. This one has blue LEDs and looks nice lit up. Here's a few pictures of the final product.
